James D Allen
Founder
James D Allen is a Marine Corps veteran, as well as Instructor with the Marine Corps Computer Sciences School, with over 25 years of leadership experience in Information Technology. He holds a Master’s of Science degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science. He has managed numerous large scale engineering projects from concept to implementation.
He is very dedicated taking assets that are underperforming and turning them into profitable complexes. He continues to demonstrate successful turnarounds and has personally held over 100 cash flowing units without partners.
In his private life, James is married and has a child. He also owned a wrestling club for approximately 13 years and was President of the local little league baseball team for 3 years. During his tenure, he received Volunteer of year in 2019 by one of the local middle schools.
Gino Barbaro

Gino Barbaro is an investor, business owner, author and entrepreneur. He has grown his real estate portfolio to over 1600 multifamily units and is teaching others how to do the same. Gino is the co-founder of Jake & Gino, a multifamily real estate education company that offers coaching and training in real estate founded upon their proprietary framework of Buy Right, Manage Right & Finance Right.
